Jim Eagan
Jim has been the principal agent of the agency since 1992. He started his career with Nationwide Insurance and is now an independent agent representing several insurance companies. He is the original owner of the agency and has consistently seen steady growth over the years. His belief that “taking care of the customer” will “take care of everything else” has been a focal point of the agency. He would like to continue to grow the business with clients who care about service. It’s the mantra the agency was built around.
Dawn McCarthy
Dawn McCarthy is the Office Manager at the Jim Eagan Agency. Dawn brings over 30 years of customer service to the team; 15 of which have been at the Jim Eagan Agency. Her duties are to keep the office running smoothly, to write business for new customers that call or stop by and to service current customers. When you call, her goal is to take care of all your insurance needs in a friendly, professional manner that makes you enjoy calling your insurance company.
