Jim has been the principal agent of the agency since 1992. He started his career with Nationwide Insurance and is now an independent agent representing several insurance companies. He is the original owner of the agency and has consistently seen steady growth over the years. His belief that “taking care of the customer” will “take care of everything else” has been a focal point of the agency.
